My Journey...from there to here!

Thank you for taking the time to stop by and look over my website! I feel like I've come so far in 30 years! My journey in the fields of bodywork and personal training began maybe 100 or so yards away from where I practice now at 7230 Arbuckle Commons Suite 144. I graduated the Alexandria School of Scientific Therapeutics in 1994. Friends I worked for helped me to rent a small apartment space in the back of a larger rental property next to their family gym. That's where it began for me! I spent about twelve years in that space practicing massage therapy and bodywork. I gave it up for a time after going back to school at IUPUI to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy. That wasn't meant to be though. I worked for NIFS for a time and left to join Lift Therapeutic Massage full time in 2016. After my time at Lift I was able to come back to Brownsburg and I'm so happy to be back and doing my own thing!

Let me show you what I can do for you! I offer massage therapy as well as CranioSacral Therapy. New to my menu is Koren Specific Technique (KST), a cutting edge new approach to bodywork. These techniques have the potential to be life changing.
